Bayside celebrated their 25th anniversary with two nights of “The Errors Tour” at Chicago’s House of Blues. According to Bayside’s instagram account, each night covers roughly 22% of their catalog, and about 40% of total songs the band has recorded over their quarter-century of rocking.
NIGHT ONE: THE EARLY YEARS
The first night highlighted a lot of the early works of Bayside, drawing tracks from Sirens and Condolences, their self-titled album, The Walking Wounded, and Shudder. The crowd instantly recognized the opening song, “Pigsty” from their 2011 album Killing Time. The band ended their show with a three-song encore, culminating in one of their most popular songs, “Devotion and Desire.”

NIGHT TWO: THE LATER WORKS
The second consecutive night of rocking, Bayside shifted focus to their more recent works, performing songs from Killing Time, Cult, Vacancy, Interrobang, and There Are Worse Things Than Being Alive. The night kicked off with “How to Ruin Everything (Patience)” from their 2024 album There Are Worse Things Than Being Alive. Like the previous night, the set ended with an encore, closing out with a performance of “Sick, Sick, Sick.”
